Residential Development
We are excited to announce our newest project at Scotswood Links. We are nearing completion on a housing development that will border holes 15 and 16 on the back nine.
Take advantage of our beautiful landscape with a home that backs directly onto the golf course. The large lots average 80 feet by 190 feet to maintain a country living atmosphere.Enjoy beautiful views of the course or if you’d rather a bit more privacy choose a lot more sheltered by trees. If you want to live on the golf course but are looking to downsize or simply have an easy to maintain home we are also offering duplexes.
With access to the clubhouse via walking, biking, or riding your cart, it will be very easy to enjoy a day golfing or any of our continually expanding services without having to travel anywhere.
